Mental Math RaceTerms of Use
Mental Math Race · Effective 9 October 2026
The app
Mental Math Race is a free educational game for children aged 8 to 12, made by HomiLabs. By using it you agree to these terms. If a child is using the app, we ask that a parent or guardian has read them.
Fair play
- Play honestly. Do not use tools or scripts to answer questions, to connect to our servers other than through the app, or to interfere with other players' races.
- We may remove race records that look impossible (for example, answers given faster than a person could read the question) and may block access that harms other players or our service.
Online play
Races between players depend on an internet connection. If a connection drops, the race waits 20 seconds before it is counted as a loss. A player who leaves a race on purpose loses it. When no opponent is available the app offers a "Practice Rival", a recorded or built-in race that is always labelled as such.
Educational use
The app is for practice and fun. It is not a test, grade or assessment, and results do not predict school performance.
Our service
We work to keep the app available and correct, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may update or stop the app, for example if online play can no longer be run safely. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free app.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what the app stores and how to delete it.
